These terms govern the use of the technical solutions and consulting services offered by Pro-Clamper for hardware asset protection and payment system security.
Pro-Clamper provides technical solutions and specialized consulting services for hardware asset protection and payment system security against network fluctuations, including training in technical risk management and preservation of critical equipment value in financial data centers.
2.1. The Provider (Pro-Clamper) undertakes to provide the services according to the agreed technical specifications, with professionalism and adequate technical competence.
2.2. The Client undertakes to provide complete and accurate information necessary for the provision of services and to comply with the received technical and security instructions.
Pro-Clamper is not liable for indirect, consequential damages or loss of profit resulting from the use of the services, to the extent permitted by law. Total liability is limited to the value of the services provided under the respective contract. The services do not constitute a guarantee against all hardware failures or cyber attacks.
Payment terms are specified in the issued quote or invoice. Any modification to these conditions will be communicated at least 30 days in advance and will take effect for new orders or renewed service periods.
Either party may terminate the collaboration by written notice, respecting the contractually established notice periods. Clauses regarding confidentiality, intellectual property, and limitation of liability shall survive termination.
